Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales of digital downloads are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued after a digital product has been downloaded or accessed except where required by applicable law.
If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase, contact us at doublebatchlife@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to provide a working copy or resolve the issue.
If a file is corrupted or an incorrect product was delivered, we will replace the file at no additional cost.
If a duplicate purchase occurs, contact us and we will review the transaction for a possible refund.
